Pregnancy is accompanied by an absence of menstruation and early pregnancy can be confirmed by urine pregnancy test (UPT). UPT becomes positive 10-14 days after conception.
Your history is suggestive of irregular bleeding which may be due to hormonal imbalance.
PCOS and thyroid disorders are associated with irregular menstrual bleeding.
I assume that you must be taking treatment for PCOS and thyroid disorder.
However, I suggest you consult your gynaecologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations like an ultrasound of pelvic organs to assess the uterus and endometrium.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
