Hello and welcome.

I think I misunderstood, you are expecting a baby now meaning you are pregnant or you want to become pregnant soon? Assuming the latter, your menstrual cycle should have suffered an upset due to the surgical procedure and medications but it should have returned to normal now. If you have not seen your periods yet, then it would be best to visit a doctor and first initiate medications that would help you to have a withdrawal bleed, and from there on your doctor will help regulate your periods.

Best wishes.
