General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

NO, The cause of your irregular periods cannot be the disease of TB and pleural effusion. It might be due to the stress and anxiety which you have, due to the primary disease.

You need to de-stress yourself, get your thyroid levels checked and meet a gynae specialist if the problem does not get solved.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
