What Causes Irregular Menstruation With Bloating Acne And Mood Swings?

Hi I have a question about my period I got my menarche on the second Monday in February and I only got flow once. Since then I haven't gotten any flow but I experience occasional bloating, acne, mood swings etc why haven't I gotten my period except for that one time? Is it amenhorea?
