What Causes Irregular Menstruation With Heavy Vaginal Clotting?

I am 45 and my periods are always right on time 24 days maybe 26. I stated my last period right on time and lasted about 6 days then stopped for about 3 days then started back up again but the second time was very heavy with clotting and lasted about 4 dyas. My guess is I m going perimenopause??

Hi dear, you are right at your age its high chances for Perimenopause symptoms like irregular bleeding, stomach pain,flushes, tiredness etc, so please consult a gynaecologist do the needful
