What Causes Irregular Menstruation With Pregnancy Symptoms In A Teenager?

Hi. I m a 19 year old female, who has never involved within sexual activity. And had constant problems with my menstral cycle. I haven t had it for more than 10 months and IV been too about 5 doctors who have done so many test on my ovaries and even my glands in my brain I was also tested positive for a high pragnant hormone that only mothers to be experience , I have all the symptoms a pregnant woman has ( cravings, emotionally unbalance, no period.. Spottings instead etc idk what could be wrong. I also noticed I have stong odour smell within my region. I was extremely well and even bought a bunch of vaginal soap for ph levels and odor control but nothing seems to help I also started to soak myself in apple cider vinidar and drink it everyday but nothing seems to kill the smell it s not exactly fishy but more like strong musky odor help!!
