What Causes Irregular Menstruation?

Last month my period can for 3 days with nausea and slight diarrhea now this month I have nausea cramps and my sight bleeding only in ththe morning just about 2 panty liners to change from it. What could this be I took morning after pills in January and a pregnancy test in feburary states negative. Help.

Hormonal imbalance is the most common cause of irregular or delayed menstrual cycles.
Observe your cycles for few more months.
If the menstrual irregularities still persist, you need to consult your gynaecologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
Hormonal support is required to regularize the menstrual cycles.
