General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Dear do not worry.
Just one time spotting in the middle of the menstrual should not be concerned.
If bleeding is high in the amount and occur regularly in future should be concerned.
It could be due to ovulation, hormonal imbalance, stress, intake of alcohol/caffeine, ovarian cyst.
Take following advises:
Avoid stress, take healthy diet and do regular exercise.
Avoid high slat in the diet, excessive alcohol and caffeine containing drink,
If occur in future then consult the gynecologist for proper examination and investigations.
Hope this may help you
