What Causes Irregular Menstruation?

i m 38 yrs old i got my periods on 18th feb generall i get periods week before the due date but in march it was delayed i took a pregnancy test and it was positive then i had some tablets and got the periods on 24th of march after that i tested but again it was postive only in april till date i havent had my periods yet what it could be pls advise
