What Causes Irregular Menstruation?

hi,i am 34yrs.i noticed that for the past years somtimes i experienced double menstrual cycle which later normalised,but for the past 5-6months it has been re-occuring somtimes with very thick cloths,this month i checked my blood level and it was 54percent,what could be the problem
