What Causes Irregular Menstryal Cycle?

Hello doctor,my age Is 23years,my marriage is on 15 April next month . From 6months I m suffering from irregular periods..i got period on jan 22 n till now I dint got..doc suggested me to take restrogen on March 28 to 30 so dat I can finish periods within 12april..is it possible by taking dis tablet..my question is y dis kind of irregular periods n during periods der ll b heavy bleeding

Irregular menstruation , scanty menstruation , heavy menstruation are few characteristic features of ovarian cyst , this is very common among young female . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries .
Second possibility may be due to hormonal changes . Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for estrogen , progesterone level .
Third possibility may be due to some tension or stress due to any reason.
In my opinion first of all get in ultrasound of both ovaries and deal accordingly.

However for some time restrogen will help you for your marriage .
