What Causes Irregular Orange Bleeding?

hi, last and this month my cycle was a bright red orange color. 2 weeks after my cycle last month i had intercourse and i bled the same color momentarily after intercourse. since january this year my cycles have went to a day or half day long. my tubes got tied 6 years ago. help please.
