What Causes Irregular Periods After A Still Born Delivery?

I had a still born nearly four months ago & I have been feeling movement in my stomach sometimes abdomen. I have had a period each month not on the same date my period has been moving up to the 21st (which is my usual date) taken a few pregnancy test but neagative..could this be a part of the healing process from the c-section?
