Hi,
It is common having no period, irregularity of period due to breast feeding.
But be careful having sex as there can be starting of ovulation any time might give risk of pregnancy.
So during this period go for safe sex.
Problem of having stomach pain and loos motions might be due to gastro-enteritis and might not have any relation with your period problem.
Go for treatment of Gi infection.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
