What Causes Irregular Periods After Taking An I-pill?

Hello doctor. I am facing irregular periods problem from last 6 months since I took ipill. I took ipill in fear of getting pregnant although I didn t done sex till now. I am still virgin but physically active with my boyfriend .I am putting on weight due to irregular periods and stomach disturbance also, my hair also falling and I feel stressed every time. I am taking rajprahvartini, m2tone, ashokarishtha and dashmularishta from few days. I have no thyroid problem. Tell me some remedies or treatment regarding my problem. Thank you.

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of irregular periods. If thyroid profile is normal, you can do the other tests. It can be due to some hormonal imbalances. You may need some hormonal treatment for that. Hope it helps.
