What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Dizziness And Sore Breasts?

My cycles became irregular after my wedding my Date was 1st June 2016 with light black colour bleeding only three days bleeding Now I missed my period...yesterday I took morning i tested with two differnt companies strip both showed negative I feel dizziness, pain in both breasts and tired too Married since 9 years no kids

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pregnancy being suspected then it may be very less likely but it could be due to hormone changes, it is better to get done the ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
