Hi,

Your symptoms suggest the possibility of PCOD where ovulation gets affected & periods get irregular.

Conception becomes difficult because of ovulation problem. Weight gain is a common factor seen in patients. The pain in the groin is due to stretching of ovarian size by accumulated uncultured ovums.

You should get your pelvis done to confirm the cause. A gynecologist would help in treatment by medicines, exercises, surgery In a few cases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
