General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The pain lower abdomen, back ache and irregular periods indicate vaginal infection with pelvic inflammation most likely, rather than a pregnancy threat. My guidelines at present:
- Genital hygiene
- Hydration with plenty of liquids and avoid urinary infection
- Anti spamodic dicyclomine tablet prescription
- Cervical swab culture report for antibiotic assistance
- Avoid sexual activities if active at present
- Avoid prolong use of same tampons

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
