What Causes Irregular Periods Along With Vaginal Spotting?

So normally my period comes every 33-45 days. I am considered irregular. However this month my period came even later. It came on the 47th day. When I began it came in a small amount. I would usually bleed a lot the first few days and slowly stop(my period last 6-7 days). This time around, it seemed like the entire process was like the last few days of my period... The whole process was like 3 days and my period ended. However I did not fully stop bleeding, i would spot a tiny bit. I kept on spotting for an entire week. I didn t think much of it because it s usually how period works... bleed... spot.... gone.... but this time around instead of stopping, i began bleeding again. As if I i am having a normal period all over again. Bleeding wise I have been bleeding 3 weeks straight if you include spotting too.What could be the cause of this? I am concerned

based on your history diagnosis may be DUB.. dysfunctional uterine bleeding, common problem and complaint from middle aged females. it may be due to inturupting the normal cycle by the way of medication like prolonging cycle due to some religious activity, or some stress , anaemia, it may be assosiated with leucorrhea white discharge, UTI,
normal cycle is 28 days or 30 days.... u can plan for Hormones like OVARAL -L for 2- 3 cycles for regularistaion if not dialation and currattge may be advised if married and had completed family not indicated for teens and unmarried
