What Causes Irregular Periods And Facial Acne After Taking Contraceptive Pills?
Hello sir my friend is worried about her periods .I asked her she said she took contraceptive pill in last two months and now she s suffering from irregular bleeding and also pimples coming on her face and body also headache .I want to know is there anything serious?

Acne, headache, and irregular bleeding are possible side effects with hormonal pills.
Acne is generally caused by an older generation or high dose progestin pills. Newer progestin pills are recommended to prevent acne.
Irregular periods may occur if the drugs were not taken according to the drug course. Skipping two or three doses should be avoided.
