What Causes Irregular Periods And Headache?

I am 5'4, 115lbs. No noteable medical history other than I have experienced migrane headaches since i was a little girl. I am now in my early twenties. I have.two children. As of this past year, the headaches.have.been more frequent.and unbearable. Ive also beenvery tired. I could sleep for 15 hours and feel like ive only slept for 2. As of the past six months ive beenvery nautious and had random fevers of 103 that randomly dissapear in a few hours....as for the pastfew months my period has been irregular only lasting for a day and then coming back a few days later especially during intercoarse...my tubes are tied so i am confused at what it could be...
