Hi
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.
1] I will suggest you get urine test done, it will clear most of the doubts.
2] As such menses come 14 days after ovulation, so as per your observation they should start on 17/18 October and not on 10th October.
3] So mostly it can be delayed periods. Thats why heavy.
4] If needed use Tab PAUSE MF to reduce bleeding.
Wish you great health.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
