General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* 2 year period of irregular period and vaginal spotting at present indicates hormone imbalance underlying (which can be possible with normal ultrasound and PAP test).

* Needs hormonal therapy for a period of 2-3 months to get back your menses rhythm again normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
