What Causes Irregular Periods Despite Taking Ovacare Forte And Naturogest?

I am 22 years old.I m taking ovacare forte, valest-2,clofert 50,naturogest 100mg together from two and half month as my physician s advice.I was very irregular period.after taking these tablets my period was regular for 2 month, but last month I m not get my period. My last period date was 27/5/2016..I m trying to conceive.. What can I should now?

Do a urine pregnancy test to confirm if you are actually pregnant or not and get an ultrasound of the abdomen later.
