Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Irregular menses while suffering from PCOS is a common symptom. This is due to the hormonal imbalances caused by the condition.I will suggest you see a Gynecologist for evaluation. You may however respond to a progesterone challenge test but this will not correct the condition.Your Gynecologist will help you.He may place you on birth control pills containing both estrogen and progestin as this may help make your cycle regular.I will also recommend the following measures:
-Keep your weight under control
-Consider dietary changes
-Be active
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
