What Causes Irregular Periods In A Woman With PCOS?
hi i am suffering from pcos since 7 years now my age is 20 years,162 cm height,weight 67 kgs , bp normal i have thyroid from 8 months i had used 21 days medicine for several months when i take medicine only i will get the period or i will not get. sometime without taking medicine i will get period for 1 year what should i do? how my problem solved?
I Understand your concern Following are the cause of irregular period: Hormonal imbalance, emotional problem like stress, ovarian cyst/PCOS, change in life style and dietary habit, thyroid disorder etc. I advice you to consult the gynecologist and get the done following investigations: reproductive hormone analysis, thyroid hormone, ovarian follicle study, USG scan etc. Management depends on cause. Period can be induced by medroxyprogesterone after proper evaluation. Do regular exercise like walking and medication early in the morning for 45-60 minutes, healthy diet and fresh fruits.
