What Causes Irregular Periods Long After Suffering From PCOS?

I was diagnosed with PCOS at age 16 and put on BCs to begin menstruation. In my 20s I was on the Depo Provera shot for several years with no periods. since then (now almost 40) I had very irregular periods and no real BCs in the last 10years. (39, 5 4 exercise 4-5 days a week but still work against extra weight) i believe I passed a uterine cast yesterday but would that be overly odd after that much time off BC or hormonal therapies?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is years gone with the history of PCOS and hormone therapy and now it could be due to your age only which is nothing to worry, now no need to have any hormone therapy again it would be good for nothing, hope this information helps.
