What Causes Irregular Periods Post Intake Of Mifegest?

Hi doctor, i had intimacy with my girlfried on november 2015, on 4 december she got periods for 3 days with less flow..in january 2016 she got worried as her periods not arrived on normal rotational, so she had mifigest and she got periods on 4 january 2016 with better flow. Now we are standing on 7 feburary till now she havnt got any period....so what is the problem exactly??

I really appreciate your concern, because of the hormone changes such irregular menses is very likely, her age not being mentioned here because age is also matters here, better to get done the ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
