What Causes Irregular Periods, Sore Breasts And Brown Discharge After Periods?

For the passed two months, days after my period ends my breast start to become sore one week after my period I start to notice a brown pinkish discharge again and sometimes i get symptoms like a yeast infection. After my son was born three years ago I have not had regular periods that come at the same time every month. What could be going on?
