What Causes Irregular Periods When Sexually Active?

hello i am 21 years of age i have 2 kids and i am on average overweight but otherwise pretty healthy i was just wondering wat would be making me get my period for 3 weeks then they stop for a day so i had sex then they come back that was 1 week ago please help
