What Causes Irregular Periods When Suffering From Hypothyroidism?

Hi I am 36 yrs old. I have hashimoto hypothyroid and having irregular or no periods. My right ovary has become smaller in size. Progesterone is creating problem. I have 4 yes. Old baby girl. I want to get pregnant for second kid. Will m2tone tablets help me in having normal hormone level and regular period with ovulation?

1. going by your history of hashimoto thyroidits there is no alternate to 'hormone' in any -pathy thus continue with thyroxine. [m2 tone tablets alone will not producer any desired effect]

2. there is increased incidence of other AI diseases like [rheumatoid arthritis, haemolytic anemia,purpura, myasthenia gravis, SLE] in such patients thus check with your attending Doctor with relevant examination and investigation.

3. Since hashimoto's thyroiditis is an autoimmune disorder [AI], and AI disorders/disease are classified as 'AMA' in Ayurveda thus treatment initiated will be Aam Pachan, Deepan & Rasayan [Immunomodulators/ Immunomodulation] Chikitsa.
