What Causes Irregular Periods While Having Fibroids?
Hi, having irregular periods from last 5 months. Some month early , some month late. This time it came back in 11 days from the first day of the last period. Have a small fibroid since 5 yrs. Blood count normal, transvvaginal ultrasound normal , pam smear normal. My age is 42 and take levothyroxine for hypothyroidism.

This is unlikely caused by fibroids. This indicates a disturbance in hormonal equilibrium. Taking hormone pills for few months to regularise the cycle might help. Also, we have keep thyroid status with in normal. Kindly discuss with a gynecologist.
