What Causes Irregular Periods While On Medication For Blood Pressure?

I am a 43 old women, with irregular periods, some times once in two months, andget continued for 10 -12 days,once started. i am feeling high BP 170/120, 150/90,but after taking BP pills it is comming-150/88. I am feeling feverish always, but when touched, body is cold from outside,and on measuring temprature is coming normal. a lot of pain is felt at the bottom of my toes, legs, around neck, in shoulders, and almost allover the body. it is felt as if pain is flowing through veins. i had gone thro with all blood checkups like thyroid, lipid profile, hemogram,blood sugar also, but all the test reports are coming normal,. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
