What Causes Irregular Periods With Abnormal Bleeding In Teenager?

I've been having bloody discharge off and on for the past ten days, and my period has ended. It is always irregular. I'm 18, 5'0, and 102lbs. I was recently discontinued from 800mg of ibuprofen, and was diagnosed with a mild case of asthma, I've also been prescribed Proventil, and Dexilant (60mg). I used to have acid reflux disease. I've noticed that my period started a week earlier than it was supposed to. I'm extremely worried about the bleeding, and I'm wondering if my hormones are not on normal levels, or if there's something I should know about.
