What Causes Irregular Periods With Back Pain?

hi if i had 2 periods this month am i pregnant i have irregular periods so its hard to tell but with my 2nd period it was lighter but lasted for 4days and i also had back pain why bleeding and i still have back pain every since my last period but that s the only sign i have right so is that normal
