What Causes Irregular Periods With Heavy Vaginal Bleeding?
Hi, My last period was 06/06/2016. I took several home pregnancy test and some were positive and some negative. I missed 2 periods after 06/06. I strained really bad during a bowel movement on 08/23/2016 in the early morning. when I woke up, I had bleeding (deep red) when I wiped. Later that day and the next, I only had fading of brown blood. Now I have very heavy (no smell) bleeding (no pain) and I am not sure what is having.

I really appreciate your concern, first if this is the pregnancy being suspected then better to get done the ultrasonography test it is the accurate test, if it is the spotting then it can also happens in pregnancy, it can be due to hormone changes but can not confirm the pregnancy neither rule this out hope this information helps.
