What Causes Irregular Periods With Huge Clot And Having Polycystic Ovaries?

hello, i have been diagnosed with polycystic overies and did a scan and had a fibroid scare, i also have irregular periods and trying to concieve, i had a long period and was bleeding heavily and passing out huge clots , i was taken to a&e was given metaphomic acid, after a month i started taking pregnacare , and in two weeks i was spoting dark discharge and then i had a flow for 4 days and spotting dark discharge and red blood when i wipe , its been on and of for a3 weeks spotting dark discharge and red blood sometimes only when i wipe and then little clot here and there, i dont understand is this normal or it is the pregnacare conception im taking. also have back pain and cramping here and there
