What Causes Irregular Periods With Light Bleeding After Marriage?

Hi doctor. I am 25 years old and married.

I gained 3 kgs after 1.5 years of marriage.

I have started my irregular periods from last 4 to 5 months after marriage. I am getting periods but I dont get that much bliding, what I had before. Its too much less than I have had before.

I am so much worried, what should I do.. ?
