What Causes Irregular Periods With Little Bleeding?

im 27, came off the pill 1 year ago and have had irregular periods since, some being 6 weeks apart the latest one was 16 weeks. they are much lighter and shorter than they have always been. i have had blood tests which came back normal,including fsh, lh. am i ovulating?
