Hi..I am 27years old and single..I get problem in my menstruation every month.it gets delay .I feel sluggishness, mental disturbance and nausea and sometimes headache,i am taking primolute N to treat it , what rest should I do please suggest.thank you

So this is known as the pre-menstrual and menstrual syndrome of irritability, lethargy. Drink plenty of fluids and take adequate rest during this period. No medicine is required.
