What Causes Irregular Periods With Negative HPT?

Hi there ive had a regualr pap smear test with my doctor as all of them have came back with abnormailtes ive also been in hospital with severe pains in my side as i couldnt walk with the pain and collapased with it but the hospital found nothing , but ive started to notice my self a few undal changes to my body ive not had my regular cycle of 3 months ive took a pregnacy test which was negative and ive also had an unsal disschagre should i report back to my doctor about this?
