What Causes Irregular Periods With Orange Colored Menstrual Flow?

hi im 22 years old married and I have only have one sex partner which is my husband. my husband on the other hands has had multiple sex partners b4 me. I have been experiencing a lot of health issues since i've been married. my concern right now is for the last couple of months my menstrual cycle has been here and there it has been changing it's days as well as being very light for the first two days then heavy the third and then light again for days 4 and 5. I have noticed when Im wiping that my blood looks a little orangish what does that mean i am a bit concerned?
