What Causes Irregular Periods With Pressure In The Abdomen?

I've been feeling a little but stomach sick lately, and haven't been responsible with my birth control for month so my periods have been all over the place.. I am also sexually active. I've been feel pressure and like my stomach has been blowed up causing me to feel stomach sick. On top of that I've been having more mood swings as well. Do you know what it could be ?

You have not mentioned your age here. Irregular periods with bloating sensation/hot flushes/mood swings are very common during menopause. So, please send details regarding your age. All the best.
