Hi Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your irregularities in period can be due to Polycystic ovarian syndrome or hormonal imbalance or hypothyroidism. For ruling out that you should undergo gynecologic examination followed by ultrasound and thyroid profile. In case of Polycystic ovarian syndrome metformin therapy liraglutide injections and weight loss helps. In case of hypothyroidism thyroxine supplementation will help you. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Thanks
