What Causes Irregular Periods?

Hi, I had a really irregular period recently and I was wondering if I should be concerned. It was heavier than usual I think and only lasted 2-3 days when mine normally last around 5-7 days. I also noticed blood clotting and cramps That lasted all 3 days when they normally are only the 1st day if at all.

thank you for asking the question.
menstrual cycle is not a normal fix cycle. it varies from 21-34 days with menstruation period also varies according to hormonal changes. so if period changes to 2-36 days from 5-7 days then no need to worry. if cramps persist during period then you can take pain killer otherwise no need to worry.
hope this will helpful to you.
