What Causes Irregular Periods?

my cycles are always 28days, well im on cycle day 70, almost 71, now and im getting really worried. My last period was feb 7th. I have gotten several negative hpts, Could i be pregnant even though the urine test was negative? Could i be going through menopause? I m 20 years old and not over weight, no changes in my life what so ever (weight, exercise, stress, ect) I also had a baby 7months ago.

Hello and welcome.

Some amount of irrgularity can be seen especially after delivery. But menopause is highly unlikely and if you have been sexually active about 2-4 weeks within your last period then pregnancy is a possibility.

Some women do not return a positive result for pregnancy until 3 months into pregnancy and so I would recommend a visit to your doctor for an ultrasound to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately.
