You are having irregular periods. Irregular periods commonly occur due to poor general health condition, anemia, stress, hormonal problems, thyroid issues, PCOS, etc. You are suggested to take food rich in iron, calcium and protein. You can also take supplements. Avoid stress, take quality sleep, stay well hydrated.
Get clinically examined by an OBGYN, get all required blood tests and investigations done. If possible get a complete health check up done. The factor causing you symptoms will be investigated, managed and treated. Stay away from addictions if any. You can take Uterine tonics to improve uterine health.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
