What Causes Irregular Periods?
am having problems i don t get my periods correctly and when i went to see a doctor he advised me to use meftal spas but i finished the dosage two weeks ago and am still having the same problem when i do heavy works i get period for few hours then it stops pregnant test negative

High-stress level, poor diet, hormonal problems, endometriosis, thyroid problems, premenopausal syndrome (PMS), menarche, extreme weight loss, morbid obesity, withdrawal of OC pills, intrauterine contraceptive devises (IUCD), overexercising and multiple food allergies usually cause the irregularity of periods.
