What Causes Irregular Periods?

Hi doctor I am 32 year old and am not getting my periods...Only two times it happens till now...Scan reports says that some time overies are visualised sometimes not...!!!But all blood test like FSH ...AMH..LH reports are normal....As my friend suggested am started taking Femilon from last five days...Please suggest is it will works for me...

Hi, I think you should do a thyroid profile and prolactin level. If AMH , FSH and LH is normal, then it is not relayed to ovaries. It can be due to some thyroid or prolactin disorder. You can take femilon. It will make your periods regular but don't take it on your own. Consult a gynecologist for proper prescription.
