What Causes Irregular Periods?

hi im 30 years old and under treatment for pregnancy for the past 6 months but till now no result. Now my problem is irregular period (today is the 65 day of my period) i consult the doctor she gave me Duphaston 10mg tbs twice a day for 5 days and today is the 11th day and period not come. if there is chance for a pregnancy?

Your history suggests that the cause behind your irregularity and the infertility could be the hormonal imbalance.
65th day after the previous menstrual period in any case is highly suggestive of pregnancy; though in your case, we have to keep the fingers crossed since you have irregular menstrual cycles.
Please get your urine tested for pregnancy, and if needed get the ultrasonography also done for the diagnosis of pregnancy.
If you turn out to be 'non-pregnant' I would advice you to undergo a thorough work up for your irregular menses and infertility. Please remember, the work up should be done on both of you and not you alone.
